Shipping Info

 WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship within the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  We do not ship internationally at this point.

We ship with USPS priority, all orders are shipped weekly on the following Monday or Tuesday.  Shipping will vary depending on your location but should take 1-3 business days. Total turn around time from day of purchase is 7-10 days. "For example:  all orders must be placed by 11:59pm on Sunday for them to be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday."

HOW TO UNBOX YOUR PLANTS

All plants are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you safely.  Some, if not at all will have been taped to the box so they won’t shift around during transit.  First remove the tape then pull the plant out of the box.  All plants are wrapped in two types of sleeves to protect the leaves from being damaged.  First take the rubber band off.  Pull the rubber band over the pot and not the leaves.  Then rip the bottom of the sleeves about two or three inches and pull upward.  We place moss on the top of the plants to keep the soil moist and in the grow pot.  Remove moss to expose the topsoil.  We recommend leaving the plant in the grow pot for at least two weeks before repotting so your plant can acclimate to its new environment.
