ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not provide refunds on any order once an order has been placed. We are not responsible for any damage while your order is in transit but we strive to provide the best quality, as best as we can. If your item has been lost or stolen after delivery please contact your local post office as we aren't able to track your parcel on our end. Please email us at email@example.com for any information you may need while filing a claim with USPS.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We'll do our best to process your request, however cancellation and changes CANNOT be guaranteed.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship within the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at the point.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PLANTS?
We ship with USPS priority, all orders are shipped weekly on the following Monday or Tuesday. Shipping will vary depending on your location but should take 1-3 business days. Total turn around time from day of purchase is 5-7 days. "For example: all orders must be placed by 11:59pm on Saturday for them to be processed and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday."
INCORRECT ADDRESS SHIPPED.
If you have accidentally shipped your package to the wrong address, we are not liable for shipping or replacement of item cost. Please contact us ASAP!!! However changes cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for tracking your own packages, it is out of our hands once package is in transit.
CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?
We cannot combine orders due to weight of plants.
DO YOU SHIP YEAR ROUND?
Yes! Heat Pack can be purchased in the colder months to keep your plants warm and happy! We will not replace or refund plants that are damaged due to cold weather.
